ClaroTeas Tea Shop

This retail mobile sample course is for sales associates working the floor at the (fictional) ClaroTeas tea shop. Topics may be taken in short segments when the associate is not busy or may be consulted when serving a customer. Note the use of Claro’s stock people images to create a personal and professional appearance.

Product Follow-up Training

This smart phone course is an example of how HTML5 content can be used to present a realistic on-the-job task as a follow up to an initial online Product Training course. It uses SCORM-compliant assessment questions to track the learner’s ability to apply the product knowledge gained previously.

Is It Night or Day (Lite)

This tablet course is a reader enhancement for a young adult novel, allowing readers to enter the world of the book. Through literactivities, readers are given the opportunity to hear the author’s insights and the subject’s memories. In addition, a Literactivity provides the stage for reflective questions. In Is it Night or Day?, the designers have tailored the reflective questions to address three main issues: anti-bullying, new immigration experiences, and Holocaust remembrance.
